About the course
AMC is proud to proclaim the first ever diploma program in cabin crew as well as airline services in Malaysia, which certified by MQA and PTPTN. With the MQA level 4 framework in academic hierarchy, student will benefit in a better qualification rather than just merely certificate for a better a career enhancement.
The life of a cabin crew is not just looking nice and serving food, but more importantly, the job entails performing safety and service duties which ensure that air travelers are flying in a safe environment. Also known as Flight Attendance, the job scope of the cabin crew encompassing various technical aspect that enforce the industry to only accept a well-educated candicated to suit that high requirement. That is when this diploma fits in.
Through this diploma, the students will be able to understand the foundation of aviation and aircraft, as well as air safety, emergency response and effective communication skills that are required in a multicultural environment and the general work requirements. Once completed, the student will be ready for the ever demanding aviation industry. Having said that, this diploma also covers other airline services including customer service agent, front desk officer, hospitality management and many more, which would assist the student in case the career of cabin crew is not their priority choice due any physical limitation.
